Packet Pick-up and Registration
Packets will be available during the Expo in the Crystal Sands Room at the Hampton Inn on Friday, October 1st, 2010 from 3- 8 PM and on Saturday morning, October 2nd, 2010, before the race from 5:30-6:45 AM. Due to requirements of our insurance coverage, you MUST show a picture ID in order to pick up your packet, no exceptions. You cannot pick up another person’s packet. You cannot run with someone else’s number or registration.

My husband is based in New Orleans and he will be home Friday night. I wanted to pick up our packets on Firday can I bring a photo copy of his ID to pick up his packet and my sons too?
Hi Sabrina, I know I’ve already answered this by email to you, but I’m answering for others who may have the same question. No one may pick up another’s packet, number, etc. Each individual, with positive photo ID, must pick up his/her own packet, etc. This is in accordance with USAT procedures and our insurance requirements. All USAT members must show CURRENT USAT membership card or you will be charged a one-day membership fee. We’re not being overly-stringent on that – it makes it uniform and fair for all.
