No one may pick up another's packet, number, etc. Each individual, with positive photo ID, must pick up his/her own packet, etc. This is in accordance with USAT procedures and our insurance requirements. All USAT members must show CURRENT USAT membership card or you will be charged a one-day membership fee. We're not being overly-stringent on that - it makes it uniform and fair for all.
