USA Triathlon Sanctioned Event
The Santa Rosa Island Triathlon is sanctioned and insured by USA Triathlon. All USAT rules will be followed and strictly enforced. It is the responsibility of the athlete to be familiar with those rules and the triathlon race course.
- All participants must show proof of USAT membership or buy a one-day membership at Packet Pickup.
- You MUST have a ANSI or Snell Helmet which is approved and required by USAT.

Race Timing
Race Timing will be accomplished by the use of a computerized chip timing system. All triathletes will be issued a chip at Packet Pick-up. The chip is to be worn on your ankle the entire race.
