RoadIDLogo_thumbRoad ID has worked with SRI TRI for many years. They make the nifty bands essential for athletes to wear to identify them when out training. If you aren’t bringing your wallet you should be wearing a Road ID.

WINDFEATHERS Windfeathers makes the beautiful wind flags that we use to make the areas of the race. They also created a beautiful Windfeather designed especially for us. Look for it race day and give them a call for your next event. What a way to make a splash.

Registration

Registration is limited to the first 1,000 individuals and the first 30 teams.

Relay Teams

A team may be comprised of two or three people. Each member of a team must fill out a separate entry and USAT fee, indicating on the entry which event they are doing. All of the entries of a particular team should be sent in together with a team name.

Individual Entry Fees:
5/1/2009 – 7/31/2009:   $70.00
1/2009 – 10/1/2009 :  $80.00
Race Weekend:   $100.00

Relay Team Entry Fees
5/1/2009 – 7/31/2009: $120.00
8/1/2009 – 10/1/2009: $130.00
Race Weekend: $150

Junior/Youth (Age 16 and under only)
5/1/2009 – 7/31/2009: $25.00
8/1/2009 – 10/1/2009: $35.00
Race Weekend: $50.00

Right to Cancel or Reschedule

The Santa Rosa Island Triathlon reserves the right in the event of inclement weather, emergency, or natural diasaster to cancel the race or move to a later time. In order to keep our USAT sanctioned status we follow their policies on cancellations. In the event of cancellation, there will be no refund of entry fees. However the USAT fee, if prepaid, will be refunded.

Friday, October 2

  • Packet pick-up  in the Crystal Room at the Hampton Inn from 3-8 PM.
  • Vendor Expo will be held in the De Luna Room at  the Hampton Inn from 3-8 PM
  • Pre-Race Pasta Buffet will be held at Bamboo Willies, sound-side on the Portofino Boardwalk, from 5-8 PM. Tickets may be purchased at the entrance to  Expo at  the Hampton Inn at $6.00 for adults and $3.00 for children under 12.

Saturday, October 3

  • Packet Pick-up continues from 5:30-7:00 AM sharp in the Crystal Room of the Hampton Inn.
  • Body marking will be conducted  from 5:30 – 7:00 AM,  outside the Transition Area.
  • First Wave Starts Swim  7:30 AM. The final wave start schedule will be available Friday night at Packet Pick-Up.
  • Post-Race Awards Party following the race finish, at approximately 10:00 AM in the tent behind the Hampton Inn.
